These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website horizonmanagement.io (the “Website”), operated by Horizon Management Group Ltd (“HM”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Website.

3. What we do

HM operates as a B2B digital intermediary platform that connects clients with verified independent contractors across multiple industries, including education, IT and digital services, construction and renovation, cleaning and facilities maintenance, technical and engineering services, and agricultural and seasonal work.

The Website itself provides information about our services and allows you to contact us. The provision of services is governed by a separate Service Agreement (for clients) or Independent Contractor Agreement (for contractors), which must be signed before any services are delivered.

HM is not an employer of any contractor and is not a party to any direct contractual relationship between clients and contractors. All contractual relationships are between HM and the relevant party.

4. Using the Website

You may use the Website only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

  • use the Website in any way that breaches any applicable local, national or international law or regulation;

  • use the Website to transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material (spam);

  • knowingly transmit any data, send or upload any material that contains viruses, trojan horses, worms, time-bombs, keystroke loggers, spyware, adware or any other harmful programs or similar computer code designed to adversely affect the operation of any computer software or hardware;

  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, the server on which the Website is stored, or any server, computer or database connected to the Website;

  • attack the Website via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack;

  • copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or republish any content from the Website without our prior written consent (except as expressly permitted by these Terms);

  • use the Website in any way that could damage, disable, overburden or impair it.

A breach of this clause may constitute a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We may report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and cooperate with them by disclosing your identity. Your right to use the Website will cease immediately in the event of such a breach.

5. Contact forms and submissions

When you submit a contact, enquiry or quote-request form on our Website, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete and up to date. We will use the information you submit in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Submitting a form does not, by itself, create any binding contract between you and HM. A binding contract for services arises only once a Service Agreement or Independent Contractor Agreement has been signed by both parties.

6. Newsletters and marketing communications

If you sign up to receive newsletters, updates or marketing communications from us, you may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email we send, or by contacting us at info@horizonmanagement.io.

7. Information on the Website

The content on the Website is provided for general information only. It is not intended to amount to advice on which you should rely. You must obtain professional or specialist advice before taking, or refraining from, any action on the basis of the content on the Website.

  • use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text;

  • use any part of the content on the Website for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us or our licensors.

“Horizon Management”, “Horizon Management Group” and our logos are trade marks of Horizon Management Group Ltd. You may not use them without our prior written consent.

9. Service Agreements and Independent Contractor Agreements

Any enquiry submitted through the Website is not, by itself, an order or binding contract. A binding contract for services arises only once a Service Agreement (with a client) or Independent Contractor Agreement (with a contractor) has been signed by both parties.

Where there is any conflict between these Terms and the Service Agreement or Independent Contractor Agreement, the latter shall prevail in respect of the services covered by that agreement.

10. Linking to the Website

You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it. You must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists.

You must not establish a link from any website that is not owned by you. The Website must not be framed on any other site without our prior written consent. We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice.

11. Third-party links and resources

Where the Website contains links to other sites and resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for your information only. We have no control over the content of those sites or resources and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

We do not guarantee that the Website will be secure or free from bugs or viruses. You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platform to access the Website. You should use your own virus protection software.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by the law of England and Wales.

We and you both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims).
